Kinome is a personal health data management application that allows users to connect to third-party healthcare providers (such as Epic MyChart) to retrieve, store, and analyze their health information using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The content, insights, and AI-generated analysis provided by Kinome are for informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Your privacy is important to us. We store your data securely and do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
In no event shall Kinome, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
